18 TRASTORNOS HIPERTENSIVOS DEL EMBARAZO

CONTENIDO: Trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo.

PROPOSITO: Conocimiento de la hipertensión provocada por el embarazo, de la hipertensión coincidente, y de la hipertensión agravada por el embarazo. (preeclampsia superpuesta).

OBJETIVOS:

1. Describir la clasificación y diagnóstico diferencial.

2. Establecer la fisiopatología de la preeclampsia.

3. Revisar sus alteraciones endocrinas y metabólicas.

4. Puntualizar la profilaxis y el tratamiento.

5. Comprender el futuro diagnóstico y terapéutico del síndrome de HELLP, y de la preeclampsia eclampsia.
